Wholesale quote comparison

Compare the quote.
Keep the scope equal.

A lower headline price is useful only when you know what it includes. Build a clear comparison for peptide supply, packaging and private-label enquiries.

Start with the same requested variant.

For BPC-157, GHK-Cu, Retatrutide or another named peptide, send the same written brief to each supplier. Record the full material identity, required content basis, quantity and presentation. Ask suppliers to identify any difference between your request and their offer.

Do not compare a vial quotation with a pen-style kit quotation as if the packaging names described the same supplied item. Use the bulk order specification guide to define the order first. This page then helps you compare commercial responses to that brief.

Check what one quoted unit means.

A quote may be expressed per vial, per pack, per kit or per complete order. Record the count inside each pack and the number of packs offered. Keep the named variant beside those counts so different content specifications are not merged into one average.

When the pack definition is clear, divide its quoted amount by its stated number of supplied units to calculate a comparable unit price. Keep freight and separately quoted services apart at this stage. A kit price divided by its component count does not create a comparable peptide-unit price: the components may be different items.

If a supplier has not specified the pack contents, mark the comparison as incomplete. Ask for the missing count instead of assuming that “one kit” or “one box” has the same meaning across quotes.

Compare these fields side by side.

Use “not confirmed” for an unanswered field. An empty cell should not be read as included at no charge.

Separate the material from added services.

Imagine two hypothetical Semax offers with the same accepted material specification. One covers vials and standard packaging. The other covers a defined kit with custom labels and cartons. The headline amounts describe different scopes, so comparing them directly would conceal the packaging and assembly differences.

Ask for a common base offer and separate service lines where possible. For Semax or Selank, confirm the presentation explicitly; a peptide name does not define a finished format. The vial and kit guide helps prepare the configuration request. This example supplies no product amounts, prices or availability promises.

Identify setup and repeat-order charges.

For an OEM or private-label project, ask which costs apply to setup and which apply to each repeat order. Define the requested logo work, artwork files, labels, cartons and assembly. Confirm how revisions affect the quotation.

A minimum order requirement should identify what it applies to: a material variant, presentation or packaging item. Keep that requirement beside the relevant line. The minimum-order guide explains why one number may not cover every component in a project.

Do not turn a price line into a testing guarantee.

Specify the documents and review scope you need, then ask what the offered quotation covers. A description such as “tested” is not a complete list of methods, sample scope or matching records. Use the COA checklist for detailed document questions.

Keep a requested requirement apart from a confirmed deliverable. If additional analysis is proposed, record its scope and quoted cost separately. Ask how the offered lot connects to the records using the batch traceability guide.

Keep the destination in the comparison.

Include the destination in the USA, Canada or Australia and ask for current availability and dispatch confirmation for the selected variants. Record the quoted currency, delivery scope, stated exclusions and validity period. Do not infer current stock or a delivery commitment from an older quote.

When the specification or quantity changes, request a revised quotation and compare that version. Keep earlier versions in the purchasing file, but use the current accepted scope for your decision.

Send one complete brief.

Include the named peptides, required specification, quantities by variant, vial or kit configuration, branding scope and destination. Ask for separate lines for material, packaging services, requested document work and delivery charges, with exclusions identified.
