1. Start with the order details
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete or inconsistent with the agreed specification, email sales@wholesalelabpeptides.com.
Include the order reference, affected product, batch or lot number, quantity and a description of the concern. Retain packaging, delivery records and relevant photographs where safe. Let us know if there is a suspected handling or transport issue.
Prompt reporting helps investigation, but this policy does not impose an arbitrary deadline that removes rights otherwise available under applicable law.
2. Review of damaged or nonconforming orders
The information will be reviewed against the agreed order specification, delivery arrangements and applicable rights. Further details or appropriate supporting evidence may be requested where needed.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, available remedies may include a replacement, correction of missing items, a price adjustment or a refund. A remedy is not restricted to store credit where another remedy is required by law.
A product having been opened does not automatically remove rights relating to a genuine defect or nonconformity.
3. Do not return materials without instructions
Research materials may require specific transport or disposal arrangements. Do not send a return shipment until the return address, packaging, handling and carrier instructions have been confirmed.
Responsibility for return charges will be determined by the circumstances, the agreed transaction terms and applicable law. Do not dispose of affected materials if they are needed for investigation unless safety requires it or you have received instructions.
4. Cancellations and other return requests
For cancellation, an incorrect selection or a change of mind, contact us as soon as possible. Options depend on preparation or dispatch status, the product’s characteristics, any disclosed special terms and applicable law.
Any restrictions on a made-to-order or special procurement item must be disclosed and agreed before purchase. Such conditions do not override non-excludable rights for defective or nonconforming supply.
This website does not promise a universal change-of-mind return period or impose a blanket “all sales final” rule.
5. Agreed refund arrangements
When a refund is due, the amount, payment route and expected processing timing will be confirmed in writing, subject to applicable legal requirements. Payment-provider processing may affect when funds become available.
Any agreed deductions or return charges must have a lawful basis and will be explained. Send payment queries through the order contact; do not email full payment card details.
6. Rights that remain protected
This policy does not exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. A business purchase is not automatically outside every consumer-protection rule; applicability depends on the circumstances and jurisdiction.
For general information, see Australian consumer rights and guarantees and Canadian refund and exchange guidance. Specific rights must be assessed for the transaction.
