Ask what the MOQ actually applies to.
A minimum order quantity, or MOQ, is the smallest quantity accepted under the terms of a particular quote. For a private-label peptide project, ask whether the minimum applies to each product variant, each packaging component, the combined order or several of these separately.
For example, BPC-157 and GHK-Cu are different named materials. Two accepted content specifications for BPC-157 also create different variants. A printed carton may have its own ordering conditions. Put these distinctions in writing before comparing totals.
This guide is an enquiry framework, not a published offer of numerical minimums. Wholesale Lab Peptides confirms project quantities and terms during quotation through our OEM and private-label service.
Count variants before counting the order.
Create one row for each named peptide, content specification and supplied configuration. A Semax vial and a Semax kit should have separate rows if both are requested. Do the same for Selank, Retatrutide or any other catalogue name under review.
Keep product content separate from package size and liquid concentration. Wholesale specifications require confirmation; do not import another seller’s listed amount into an enquiry as if it were already an agreed specification.
| Field | What to send | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Named material | BPC-157, GHK-Cu or another exact identity | Accepted identity and any unresolved naming detail |
| Content | Requested amount and reporting basis | Available, agreed specification |
| Presentation | Vial or defined kit configuration | Included components and minimum by configuration |
| Branding | Artwork revision and printing requirements | Minimums by label, carton or insert |
| Order stages | Pilot, initial production and anticipated reorder | Conditions for each stage |
Use a separate row for a blend and preserve each component’s accepted identity and amount. Leave an unresolved specification marked “to confirm” rather than assigning a convenient total.
Finished units and printed components need separate counts.
Ask how many labels, cartons and inserts are included in the proposed finished-unit quantity. If a printed-component minimum exceeds the initial product order, request an explanation of what happens to the difference.
Record whether unused components can be held, who owns them, how long they can be retained and what happens after an artwork revision. Do not assume any storage or reuse arrangement exists until it is accepted in the quote.
The private-label packaging guide covers the broader branding brief. This minimum-order worksheet addresses the quantities and commercial conditions attached to that brief.
Separate approval work from production acceptance.
Ask whether an artwork proof, packaging sample or pilot configuration is available and which cost and quantity conditions apply. These are questions for the project team, not promises that every project has a sample programme.
Define what your team will approve: artwork, component list, accepted specification, documentation and packaging revision. A visual proof approves visual details; it does not replace a batch-document review. Use the COA checklist for the separate material record.
If the production quote depends on pilot approval, identify the decision point and who can approve it. Preserve any changes in a revised quote so the accepted quantity and configuration remain clear.
Compare like-for-like scope and total commitments.
Request separate entries for finished units, packaging, artwork work, setup costs if any, documentation and shipping. Ask which entries are included and which are optional. Do not compare only a unit figure while ignoring a larger component commitment.
For a multi-product project, ask whether quantities can be combined across different peptides or must be met separately. Treat the reply as a quote-specific condition. Keep the proposed quantity beside the confirmed minimum for every row.
For both vials and pen-style kits, retain the complete supplied configuration. A lower quoted minimum does not make two packages equivalent if their contents differ.
Confirm repeat-order terms before the first commitment.
Ask whether the same minimum applies to a reorder using unchanged artwork and specification. Then ask what changes when the peptide, content, label text, carton or kit components change. Record any new approval requirements and quote validity.
Keep quantities and destination in separate fields for the USA, Canada and Australia. Request current local availability and dispatch options for the selected specification; a destination alone does not establish stock or a delivery date.
Maintain a simple acceptance record: variant, requested quantity, accepted minimum, packaging commitment, open questions and approved quote revision. This gives purchasing, branding and the technical reviewer the same starting point.
Make the minimum-order question easy to answer.
Send your brand name, product matrix, requested quantities, preferred presentation and destination. Include artwork status and whether the enquiry concerns a pilot, initial production or a reorder. Ask the team to identify missing specifications and all applicable minimums.
Browse the wholesale catalogue for named materials, then use the structured enquiry below. Clear inputs make the quotation easier to assess without assuming a numerical minimum, lead time or configuration.
