How do I get your peptide catalogue and prices?
Email sales@wholesalelabpeptides.com or prepare an enquiry using the contact page. Include your research materials, quantities and delivery country so the team can confirm catalogue details, stock and a quote.
Which peptides are available?
Request the current catalogue by email. A fixed inventory is not published on this website, and availability must be confirmed for your product and local warehouse.
Where are your warehouses?
Our warehouse locations are the USA, Canada, Australia and Hong Kong. US, Canadian and Australian orders are arranged from the corresponding domestic warehouse, subject to confirmed local stock.
Will my local order ship from overseas?
Our service for the USA, Canada and Australia is domestic dispatch. An overseas shipment will not be substituted for a locally quoted order. If stock is unavailable domestically, availability will be discussed before you proceed.
Can I request certificates of analysis and lab reports?
Yes. Ask for the COA and relevant test reports for the product and batch proposed for your order. Tell us if your institution requires particular analytical methods or accreditation evidence.
Are certificates or laboratory accreditations published here?
Certificate copies, laboratory names, accreditation numbers and batch results are not currently published on this site. Request current records before relying on a particular certification or result.
Is an analytical purity result the same as regulatory approval?
No. A result describes the tested material and method. It does not by itself establish sterility, clinical safety, or regulatory approval, and it does not make a product suitable for administration.
What are your minimum order and lead times?
Minimum quantities, pack sizes, lead times, currency and payment arrangements are confirmed in your quote. No universal minimum or delivery time is advertised.
Can I order directly through the website?
The website handles enquiries only. Preparing an email does not submit an order, reserve inventory or take payment. Supply details must be agreed in writing.
What if an order is damaged, incorrect or incomplete?
Contact the sales email with the order reference, affected batch and a description of the concern. Retain packaging and photographs where safe. Do not return research materials until appropriate instructions are provided. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Are the products suitable for personal use?
No. Products are offered for qualified business and institutional laboratory research enquiries, not human or animal administration, diagnosis, treatment, dietary use or self-experimentation.
