State what you want to evaluate.
A BPC-157 or GHK-Cu material sample, a Retatrutide carton mock-up and a Semax kit configuration are different review items. Identify the purpose of the request first: material evaluation, packaging review or confirmation of a complete supplied configuration.
Ask whether the requested sample can be supplied, what it represents and which costs or conditions apply. This guide is an original purchasing framework, not a promise of free samples, a universal sample programme or an offered release procedure. The accepted quotation must define the actual scope.
Keep a sample reference beside the specification.
For a material enquiry, record the full peptide identity, required content basis, presentation and proposed lot reference. Ask whether the sample is drawn from the lot proposed for the order, a separate development lot or another explicitly defined source.
For packaging, record the artwork revision, dimensions and component configuration. A digital label proof is a different review item from a physical carton. Neither should be described as approval of the peptide material inside an eventual order.
Keep the sample request with the bulk order specification. If the sample differs from the requested production configuration, identify the difference before reviewing it.
Use one decision for each review scope.
| Review item | Record and compare | Approval boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Material sample | Identity, content basis, sample source and document references | Only the stated sample and reviewed criteria |
| Label proof | Exact text, artwork revision and required identifiers | Accepted artwork, not analytical results |
| Physical packaging | Dimensions, layout and agreed physical features | Reviewed packaging configuration |
| Complete kit sample | Supplied component list and presentation | Stated configuration, not every future lot |
| Bulk-order release | Accepted specification, allocated lots and matching records | Separate decision for the actual offered order |
Write the decision and any unresolved conditions beside the relevant item. Avoid a single “approved” note that leaves readers unsure whether it refers to artwork, the sample or the bulk order.
Decide what the review will answer.
Ask your technical reviewer to define suitable material-evaluation criteria and any required analytical work. Request matching sample and report references. Do not infer a tested amount or molecular identity from appearance or a packaging label.
Use the COA checklist for report fields, and the purity vs content guide to distinguish measurement questions. These supporting guides do not replace criteria agreed for your own sample review.
Keep observations, reported results and the final review decision in separate fields. If information is missing, record the open question and who must answer it rather than marking it as accepted.
A branding approval is a packaging decision.
For an OEM or private-label project, ask which artwork files and physical items require review. Keep the accepted logo, label and carton revisions identifiable. Confirm whether the sample includes all components proposed for the production order.
For Semax or Selank, specify whether the enquiry concerns vials or a defined kit. Use the vial and kit guide to describe the requested presentation. Approval of a kit layout does not establish analytical coverage for every component.
Ask what changes after sample review.
Before proceeding, compare the proposed bulk-order specification with the reviewed sample. Ask whether the identity, content basis, lot, presentation, packaging revision or supplied component list differs. Have the responsible reviewer assess any relevant difference.
Keep a new lot connected to its own matching records. The batch traceability guide explains how to retain those connections. One sample result does not describe untested future lots merely because the product name is unchanged.
Request an updated quotation when quantities or scope change. The quote comparison worksheet helps separate material, packaging, requested document work and delivery costs.
Send the purpose and required specification.
Include named peptides, required content basis, quantities by variant, vial or kit configuration, sample-review purpose and proposed packaging scope. Add the destination in the USA, Canada or Australia and request confirmation of current availability and sample options.
Ask what the offered sample represents, which documents match it, what costs apply and how an accepted sample would relate to the proposed bulk order. Keep the response with your specification and review record.
